Welcome to NestEgg! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NestEgg wealth tracking platform (the "Service"), including our website located at xenithtechnologies.com, related mobile applications, and database sync adapters operated by Xenith Technologies ("we", "us", or "our").

By registering for an account or using any portion of our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Account Registration and Security

To access NestEgg's wealth tracking dashboards, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete registration details.
Maintain the security of your account credentials (including passwords and OAuth authentication links).
Promptly notify us of any security breaches or unauthorized account use.
Assume full responsibility for all transactions, inputs, and modifications carried out under your account profiles.

2. Subscription Tiers and Billing Rules

NestEgg offers both free and paid licensing tiers. Subscription metrics and terms are structured as follows:

A. Free Tier Accounts

Free users are subject to specific database parameters: a maximum limit of **5 assets** and **2 liabilities**. Additionally, the interactive desktop web net worth dashboard is locked for Free Tier users. Free users may view their credentials and adjust settings on the web interface, but are guided to download the mobile app or upgrade to unlock dashboard tabs.

B. Pro Tier Subscriptions

Pro Tier subscription triggers unlimited portfolio asset and liability logging, unlocks complete cohort benchmarking statistics, enables the Daily Net Worth Calendar (including manual yield modifications), and grants access to the full desktop web dashboard. Pro fees are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis in advance.

C. Cancellation and Sandbox Testing

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Portal Settings or inside the app. For sandbox testing, clicking the Pro Active status in settings launches a panel that allows mock downgrades to test Free limits.

3. Payment Processing via Razorpay

All subscription payments, UPI transactions, card processing, and invoice generation are handled by Razorpay:

Billing schedules and transactions are governed under Razorpay's service terms.
If payment fails, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend your Pro tier active state, restoring database limits to Free levels until outstanding bills are cleared.

4. Projections and Financial Advice Disclaimer

Disclaimer: NestEgg is a personal net worth tracking, auditing, and forecasting simulator. Projections (including savings yields, compound growth models, and Years to FIRE calendars) are based on user inputs and historical estimations. They are for planning purposes only and do not constitute certified financial, legal, or investment advice.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of future valuation models or market spot rates. You are advised to consult certified financial professionals before executing investment decisions.

5. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property

All software configurations, UI designs, brand imagery, logos (including the NestEgg logo and launcher icons), algorithms, and text are the exclusive property of Xenith Technologies. You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, modify, distribute, or exploit any portion of NestEgg without prior written consent.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account access instantly, without prior notice or liability, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Xenith Technologies, its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, investment losses, data degradation, or service outages—resulting from your use or inability to use NestEgg.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
